Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is welcoming a new pediatrician to the health system’s First Physicians Group (FPG) network.
Hadassa Leader, MD, is now accepting new patients at FPG’s Venice Island Pediatrics along with Dr. Avanee Lobo, and Dr. Rachna Gulati.
Dr. Leader is a board-certified pediatric specialist providing patient-centered, comprehensive care for children from birth through age 18. Her practice focus is on growth, development and preventative care including newborn and infant care, nutrition and metabolic concerns, endocrine and puberty concerns, reproductive health, and mental and social health. She also specializes in treating chronic conditions, gastrointestinal issues, respiratory conditions, infectious disease, skin conditions, orthopedic issues, and neurologic and behavioral health.
Dr. Leader received her medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University in Bronx, NY. She completed her pediatrics residency at New York University, NY, NY.
