Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is proud to welcome a new physiatrist to the health system’s First Physicians Group (FPG) network of physical medicine and rehabilitation physicians.
Lisa Liceaga, DO, is a board certified and fellowship trained physiatrist specializing in general physical medicine and rehabilitation. She provides inpatient rehabilitation care for patients admitted to Sarasota Memorial’s Rehabilitation Pavilion. She designs comprehensive, patient-centered plans for a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries, brain and spinal cord injury, neurological diseases, and cardiac and pulmonary conditions.
Dr. Liceaga received her doctorate degree from Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine in Henderson, Nevada. She completed her physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at University Hospitals in Richmond Heights, Ohio and her interventional spine and musculoskeletal medicine fellowship at University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio.
