APPs (APRN/PA) Clinical Rotation Requests

FPG does not manage scheduling clinical rotations with providers.

Each student seeking a clinical rotation directly supervised by an MD/DO/PA/APRN is responsible for directly contacting a provider’s office to request a clinical rotation.

If a clinician agrees to consider the student for a rotation, the practice manager will supply a list of requirements that must be met prior to formal approval from the Clinical Services
team.

Once all items have been verified, the student will be notified by the practice manager of
their approval to start.
