New Internal Medicine Specialist Joins FPG in Venice

Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is welcoming a new internal medicine specialist to the health
First Physicians Group is excited to announce that it is transitioning to a new patient portal called MyChart, making it easier for you to access your health information and stay connected to your care.
Beginning Oct. 3, 2026, MyChart will be replacing My Health Record. Most of your health information will transfer between systems automatically.
After Sept. 30, 2026, access to My Health Record will no longer be available, and you will not be able to sign into the platform.
If you would like a personal copy of your information, please download it from your My Health Record portal before Sept. 30, 2026. After logging in, click the My Health tab and wait for your records to update. Choose “All History” or a specific date range at the top left of the screen, then click Download on the right to save the selected file to your computer.
We will share more details in the coming months, including when you can begin using MyChart and what to expect during the transition.
